TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE General conditions of sale & product returns PAFF intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction by offering them the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items, in accordance with the deadlines and methods indicated on this page. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and only if the returned items are intact and unused. Specific conditions for product returns To send one or more returns to PAFF, the Customer must comply with specific conditions: A) – All items for sale on the PAFF website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal bearing the PAFF logo. The item must be tried on without removing the tag or tampering with the warranty seal. Returns will only be accepted if the security seal is perfectly intact, which may be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the security seal is cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with. B) – Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way. C) – Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped. D) – All other labels, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item. E) – The returned item must be physically delivered to the Express Courier only within 30 days of the delivery date. F) – Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item must forward the return procedure to our Customer Service and place a new order on the PAFF website. We will then deduct any amount due to the Customer. G) – Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, PAFF reserves the right to refuse the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the Customer's expense. Returns & Refund Procedure After Product Return If the return is submitted for reasons not attributable to PAFF, the shipping cost for returning the products will be borne by the Customer. Once the return request has been submitted to info@paffshoes.it, to facilitate and optimize the process, PAFF customer service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with instructions (NB: the cost of the label will be deducted from the total refund due). PAFF reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer. If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the parameters indicated here, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service team who will inform them, as soon as possible, of the successful completion of their return request. If the return request is successful, the Customer will receive an "electronic coupon" worth the amount spent on the previous order and will be able to make a subsequent purchase on this website without any particular restrictions.
